This was one the best customer service experiences we've had for a very long time, and this was all due to Kyle. We contacted him on a Saturday morning and within a couple of hours we had all the measurements for blinds for 29 windows done and received a detailed quote on site. We also got quotes from other businesses, but it took up to a week and it had no details. Shadeworx's quote was also significantly less than other businesses. The blinds were ready for installation within a week, all made perfectly to the measurements. We estimated that it would take Kyle 2 days for the installation, but he completed it within 5 hours.
