This was one the best customer service experiences we've had for a very long time, and this was all due to Kyle. We contacted him on a Saturday morning and within a couple of hours we had all the measurements for blinds for 29 windows done and received a detailed quote on site. We also got quotes from other businesses, but it took up to a week and it had no details. Shadeworx's quote was also significantly less than other businesses. The blinds were ready for installation within a week, all made perfectly to the measurements. We estimated that it would take Kyle 2 days for the installation, but he completed it within 5 hours. Kyle's advice and suggestions throughout the process was priceless and he really knows what his doing. Thank you, Kyle, for a fantastic experience and going beyond what was expected! We will gladly recommend Kyle to anyone, he will deliver!

I had made an error with my measurements, and even though it was my mistake, they were more than willing to help after I received my order, which unfortunately didn’t fit. Their team assisted me quickly, efficiently, and with such a positive attitude — I had my blinds back in record time! I’m honestly so impressed by the level of service and care.
